Register As A New Provider
If you or your organisation provides short courses to the public, then you are encouraged to list your details in Short Courses Victoria.To be included in Short Courses Victoria, courses must meet these criteria:
- Accreditation status: generally all non-accredited courses that do not provide a qualification are included. However, basic adult education courses (e.g. Adult VCE, Certificate of General Adult Education, ESL, Adult Literacy & Numeracy) can be included regardless of accreditation. Individual modules of accredited programs are also acceptable
- Focus: vocational, leisure, community, access or hobby
- Length: 12 months or shorter, and typically less than 6 months
- Location: must be offered in Victoria, but providers in border areas (e.g. Albury, Corowa, Moama) are also eligible
- Support/Interest groups: any support or interest groups, such as clubs, discussion groups, support for single mothers or cancer support groups can be included
